Privacy Policy

Zone Zero San Diego collects only the information you choose to submit through the free assessment form: your name, contact details, and property address. We use it to provide a compliance assessment and to connect you with a CSLB-licensed local contractor. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

When you submit the free assessment form at /find-contractor/, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and property address. This information is used to prepare your Zone 0 (ember-resistant zone) compliance assessment and to route your request to a CSLB-licensed local contractor for a free quote.

How we use it

Your information is used to generate a property report, confirm your parcel's Fire Hazard Severity Zone status and local Authority Having Jurisdiction, and share your request with a licensed contractor able to perform an assessment or provide a quote. We may follow up by phone, email, or text regarding your request.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers, and we do not share your address or contact details outside of the assessment and contractor-referral process described above.

Operator disclosure

Zone Zero San Diego is operated by the same organization that owns a licensed fence contracting business serving this market. When appropriate, your assessment may be referred internally in addition to, or instead of, an external contractor. This disclosure applies network-wide.
